The Request:
A customer named Emily dropped us an email. Her 2nd wedding anniversary was coming up, and she wanted to get her husband, David, something he would actually use instead of another boring watch. Her idea? A massive, warm Blanket Hoodie with "Epic Husband since 2022" printed on the chest.
Chloe’s Take:
"I absolutely love this kind of request, but Emily was a bit stressed. She had a brilliant idea but zero design skills. She wrote, 'I want the text to be loud and proud, but I don't want it to look like a cheesy, cheap souvenir. Can you guys help?'
I told her, 'Say no more, leave it to us.'
We don't just take your text and slap it on a hoodie using a boring default font. We want the bloke to actually wear it with pride. Lachy and I sat down and mocked up three different design options for Emily. We went with a bold, vintage athletic font—giving it that classic, pro-team aesthetic. We made sure the white text popped perfectly against the black fleece. We want to be the bridge that turns a sweet idea into a piece of gear he’ll never want to take off."

Getting your gear tweaked is bloody easy! Since it’s just the three of us running this show, we have a simple process to keep things moving. Here is how you do it:
STEP 1: TELL US WHAT YOU WANT (RIGHT ON THE PRODUCT PAGE)
When you’re picking your gear, look for the "Customise Your Gear" toggle. Flip it on and drop your ideas in the note box.
- Want a name and number? Easy.
- A special message for a gift? Done.
- Need a specific logo? Just mention it there, and we'll follow up.
STEP 2: SECURE YOUR GEAR
Complete your checkout normally. Once your order is in the system, Matt grabs the box and Lachy starts working his magic on the design.
