SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
At AllFan Brands, all our products are custom-made just for you. When you place an order, each item is individually created to ensure top-notch quality.
From the date of purchase, please allow a total of 10–20 business days for your order to be produced and delivered to your door.
Please be aware that once an order enters the production process, we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellations, refunds, or modifications. If you need to make any changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Our order processing occurs on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays):
- Production Time (3–5 business days): This covers order processing and product printing. Orders with 5 or more units may require additional time.
- Shipping Time (7–15 business days): This is the time from when your package is handed over to the carrier until it arrives at your door, depending on your location.
We currently deliver to the United States, Australia, New Zealand. Shipping fees:
- Free shipping for orders over $130
- Standard Shipping: $7.99
Note: During peak seasons, carriers may require an additional 5–7 business days.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note: Your tracking number may be generated during the production period, before your package is physically handed to the carrier. As a result, tracking information may not show any movement for 3–7 business days after you receive the confirmation email. This is completely normal, your order is still being carefully prepared and printed. Please check back after this period for live tracking updates.
