RETURNS & REFUNDS
We don't accept returns. Every piece is custom-made to order and our warehouse is overseas, so sending items back isn't practical. But if something goes wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
WE'LL SORT IT OUT IF:
• Your item is defective, has a quality issue (e.g. blurry or faded print), or isn't what you ordered
• Your item arrives damaged in shipping (no need to send it back)
• Something is missing from your order
You can choose a replacement or a refund. For missing items, we'll ship out the missing piece. If we can't send a replacement, we'll refund the full cost of the item, including shipping.

To make sure you get top-tier quality that survives the wash, we partner with premium global printing facilities to custom-make your gear as soon as you order. Expect your fresh threads to land at your door in about 7-14 business days. Good things take time!
Can I really customize it for free?
Bloody oath you can. Want your local pub's name on the back? Want to change a colour? Just leave a note at checkout or drop us an email right after you order.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your gear arrives damaged or we messed up the printing, let us know within 14 days and Matt will sort you out with a replacement. We look after our own.
